Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt. Processing delays may occur due to supply chain delays.

Orders are shipped primarily via UPS Ground, but in some instances they may be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Service. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to reach the end destination (please see map below for approximate shipping times). In total, it may take up to 7 business days to reach certain destinations.

Due to the hazardous classification of most paint and paint related materials, these products are not normally shipped via air transport (unless additional precautions are taken). Due to the special precautions that need to be adhered to for shipping hazardous materials internationally, Touch Up Zone LLC does not provide shipping times for international orders, and in some cases may not be able to ship to certain international destinations.

Shipping costs will depend on geographic location, weight, and size of your order. You can obtain an estimate for shipping at the time of check out. If you require expedited delivery (i.e. Next Day), additional fees will be required.

Refund Policy

Touch Up Zone LLC does not refund the purchase price on any mixed paint. Please make sure you ordered the correct color code before placing the order. Refunds will not be issued for items shipped and then later refused, or lost. For lost orders, Touch Up Zone will help facilitate claims with UPS et al. Other non paint items can be returned and refunded as long as they are unused and in salable condition. Refunds will be issued after products are received. Please see Return Policy.

Return Policy

Before returning an item, contact Touch Up Zone for authorization. Non paint items can be returned and refunded as long as they are unused and in salable condition. Mixed paint is not eligible for returns. Touch Up Zone LLC will not incur any shipping expense for returned items. We can provide a shipping label for returns, but the cost of shipping will be deducted from the value of the returned product. Orders older than 60 days will not be refunded.

Color Match Policy

Touch Up Zone LLC uses OEM (original equipment manufacture) approved coatings. All colors are exactly mixed in accordance with the “standard” OEM formulation. There are several factors that may cause the vehicle to “drift” away from the OEM standard color standard (see Tech Tips section “Color Matching Challenges”). Because of the many factors that contribute to color variations from the OEM standard Touch Up Zone LLC does not guarantee a panel to panel color match. Colors mixed are in most cases “blendable” matches to the OEM color standard.
